Olli, i understand your point of view, but i think that you are mistaken!

The slower and cleander shooter will not be scored less fair! He/she will be scored more fair because any penalty given will count exactly the same, no matter how and where he receives it.
The faster and less accurate shooter will on the other hand be scored at the same level of fairness.

With rank points, you are depending on luck! The slow/accurate shooter must hope for the faster/less accurate shooter to have the miss/penalty at the right stage to have a good influence.
I personally don't see a fairness bonus in your argument.

What is a valid point, is that consistency in a rank-point match pays off much more than in total time! But that reward is depending on an unfair aplication of penalties.

I personaly prefer the fair version over the luck version, even if Rank Points usualy help my style of shooting!

Cheers Phil

Isn't there the possibility to send the money via PayPal?

Some additional facts:

Wildbunch is in the Traditional and Modern category only, according to the SASS rules.
The Wild Bunch match is not included in the price. It costs 10 €.
That may be a limited numbers of participant of 100. First to register rule.

Buckaroos & Young guns
At the moment, it’s not allowed for people younger than18 years to shoot with licensed handguns in Sweden.
Buckaroo compete with air rifle and handgun. They shoot at the afternoon in there own posse. Loner guns is available.

Young guns shoots regular rifle, shotgun and air handgun. They compete with the regular posses.
Buckaroos and Young guns fee is only 30 €.

Bringing in weapons
For non-Scandinavians only

According to Swedish law, all non-Scandinavians must apply for permission to bring weapons to Sweden.
This is something that the organizers of the DOT can’t influence.
With special permission and ”weapons passport” you can bring all CAS-shooting weapons.

You can choose to apply in 2 different ways:
Either through the organizers, or directly to the police.

We and the police highly recommend that you turn to us to apply. That way we have control of all applications, as they will be dealt with here at the local polis station.

If you choose to let the organizers apply for you, fill in the application form, invitation and print it.
Get a copy of your “firearms pass” and a copy of  your original license of all the guns you are bringing in to Sweden. Make sure that expire date is visible on the copy.

If you are staying for holiday in Sweden after the match, set the latest day of departure to cover any delays.

The fee is 600skr (60€)

Se http://www.dot2010.se/guns_en.html for details.
